If you're a small business owner, I would suggest you go to any company other than Beambox. What they are doing amounts to a scam.
They send you a piece of tech for very cheap price and charge a monthly fee after the "free trial" ends. They won't let you cancel even unless you pay a high price to ship it across the country. They charge your card indefinitely with no way to buyout the hardware.
I'm sure I've paid for the price of the hardware 10x over, have never used it, and can't even cancel. Do yourself a favor and avoid Beambox at all costs.

This business over promises and under delivers. They sneakily capture your credit card details and continue to charge you even while providing no service in return.
What they do offer for services is inadequate, but they seem to know this and it is reflected in their business model and refusal to honor cancellation requests. Very rude support.
