Order BF4012****

I bought a set of clothes for my husband 11 days before Christmas, among those clothes, a jacket. We plan to bring that set of clothes to wear on this week's trip.

I did not receive the jacket; the tracking number does not show any route or process.

I called customer service today, and Patricia informed me that she has no idea why I didn't receive it and they are going to call another company.

She doesn't know when I will receive it.

Yesterday I sent a message that no one answered, and evidently Bealls does not care about my loyalty as a customer, nor my membership.

My husband received his incomplete gift, and the lack of follow-up from Bealls is very frustrating. They have very bad customer service; they didn't care or apologize to me. I asked them to send me an email as a record since they collected the money, but Patricia didn't do it.

These experiences confirm to me once again why Amazon is so successful. They have outstanding service and take responsibility for what they sell and how they respond to a request.

Since we can all have errors and losses, the difference is how we respond to that situation.

Bealls will not be an option the next time I shop. I highly recommend not using them.
