Be Active Plus went out to lunch with me. I tried to order the $29.99 TV promo and it offered a second unit for $10, I said 'ok.' However, it took $75.11 of my money that I never authorized. I can't even use my own cash assets tonight, although Be Active Plus gets to party with it and I want my money returned promptly too.

You stole from me l how did l start 29.99 and up paying 74.00 and you rush me the phone l called Customer service and they redid it 52.00 now have made two payments for 1 item l will payment on the 74.00 and lm thinking about filing a complaint and maybe more!!!

I ordered and paid for two knee deluxe a week ago and havent heard from anyone or received them. I ordered on line. My name is Carol Mercer and I paid over 100.00 for two deluxe.

When the pressure point is in the right place the part that should be below my knee cap is almost at the top of it. Im unable to bend my leg or even walk while wearing it.

by the time i got the product and tried it out it does not work and 30 day money back is not enough to determine if that so called pressure brace actually works and the instructions that came with product. I received two and my daughter told me that it did not give her relief and by the time I tried it on found it did not apply enough pressure on the nerve to shut down the pain...this product does not WORK and I am out $75 dollars for trying this worthless product.0

After using a few days, I was doing a lot of bending and squats and noticed a stinging in my caff muscle after removing the B active brace to my surprise I had a cut that was pretty deepHowever it did seem to work but need padding

A order was made from this company just by checking on it's prices and I was promised a full refund after reporting it after a week I inquired about my refund and was asked to pay for them to check on it

I decided not to get beactive plus because it was $29 after I put my cash app card number in it went up to $59 and I don't want it so why are you all still trying to get my money off of my cash app card you tried now around five times I even had to lock my card so please please stop trying to get my money because I do not want your product I even ordered me a new cash app part which I had to pay for and I shouldn't have to do that but you guys are still trying to take my money so please please stop before I file a suit against you

We ordered a beactive brace for $29,99 with second brace, with shipping the total was $68.94. Our bank statement said you charged $137.86.
