I ordered a chair for my vacation, it stated it was delivered on 8/16 left outside my door. I emailed / called them they told me I had to call Fedx since they stated it was delivered.

I called Fedx they told me they would talk to the driver that delivered it. They said if I did not have it in a week to reach back out to beachstore.com. I have sent them 5 emails with no repsonse.

I called my bank to dispute the charge and they fought it so now I paid $100 for something I never received. I will never order anything from them again, nor would I refer anyone to buy anything from them.

I ordered a clamp-on beach umbrella on 7/25/19. I received the umbrella.

The umbrella had a cut in the material about 1 1/2 " long. I have been trying by phone, by e-mail and by chat to contact the store. I have not received an answer. I have written a letter and not heard back.

The Beachstore takes the money and runs. In the advertisement it says "Hazzle free returns" - what a joke!

I think this store needs to be reported. I'm a very unhappy customer!!!

I ordered and paid for the brand names Tommy Bahama Beach Cart. Instead I was shipped the RIO Beach Cart, which is less expensive than the Tommy Bahama Cart.

I sent an email with no response. I called and left a message with no response. I opened up a “case” as instructed on the website and still no response.

This website is a fraud.

DO NOT Buy anything from them. They just want to take your money and have no interest in being honest.

Buyer beware.

this store takes your money and runs! Beachcraft does not get back to the customer no matter how hard you try.

I have e-mailed several times, I have phoned numerous times and even written a letter and send pictures of damaged item.

All to no avail - all without a response. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store

I still have not heard back from beachstore.com regarding a defective item. BEWARE Customers.

This store is a fraud. I've e-mailed, I have phoned, I tried chat and I send a complaint in the mail. All to no avail.

Other customers have had the same experience. I hate being ripped-off and will take this case further.

Absolutely no response from BeachStore on my issue and nearly no way to effectively contact them any further.

I ordered a Blue and White Beach Buoy umbrella but received a red, white and blue umbrella. The pole also had dents on it. I tried calling the BeachStore several times but was unable to reach anyone and I did not receive a call back. I was finally able to get a response by email. I followed the directions in the email and provided photos of the umbrella and damage to BeachStore. I did not receive any response regarding the pictures I sent nor did I receive any response to the 3 emails I sent asking for a follow-up.

After approximately 18 uses the fabric had pulled out of a narrow section near the head of the chaise. This did not happen on any other part of the fabric where it ties into a groove with spline materials.

Their response that since it was outside the 30 period nothing can be done. In addition to this issue when the unit arrived the screws on the sides of the chaise had been overdriven with a power screwdriver leaving sharp burrs raised on each screw head. This required each head had to be filed down in order to prevent the user from being cut by these burrs.

I would NEVER buy anything from this company again. First if you email them they do not respond. You cannot use the phone as you are put on hold and no one answers but you get plenty of chances to leave a message which is not returned either.

Poor customer service, lack of a reasonable response and the quick and dirty dodge of "it is outside the 30 day warranty period". NEVER again will I buy anything from this company.

It took a little doing but I finally contacted the manufacturer Distess who makes the product. I managed to speak to the company owner who indicated this product has been good from a warranty standpoint and mine was the first to have this issue since product launch in Spring of 2017.He was kind enough to send me a new chair for the shipping cost only although the chair is past their 90 day warranty.This is what I call customer service, not the nonsense I got from Beachstore.com who basically blew me off with the 30 day BS.The owner of Distess is one who stands behind their products.

I'm sorry I didn't read the many *** reviews before buying from this horrible company.

I ordered a red Copa beach umbrella on 10/26/15. On 10/28/15 I received an email saying the order was filled & had a Fed Ex tracking #. After 2 days with no activity on the tracking # I sent an email inquiry about the status of my order. I received a response from Kim La Rosa on Thursday 10/29/15 saying the red was out of stock & did I want a Lime green umbrella. Well, if I wanted the green I would have ordered the green. I explained to Miss La Rosa I had family coming in & I needed the umbrella by the weekend. I then asked why I was sent a email with a tracking # saying the order was filled when they didn't even have the product. At this point our conversation deteriorated with Miss La Rosa becoming a bit surly.

On Sunday, 11/1/15, still without product & no longer seeing the item on their website I sent an email cancelling the order. On Monday 11/2/15 I received an email saying they were shipping me the green umbrella. I responded in no uncertain terms not to ship it. They shipped it anyway.

I submitted a requet for a RGA # & requested they issue a call tag for Fed Ex to come pick it up. Eytan supplied an RGA # but would not issue a call tag. They expected me to pay to return a product I did not order. At this point I turned it over to my credit card company. After several weeks they issued a Fed Ex call tag, the credit card company sided with me & my payment was refunded. I felt like I needed a shower after dealing with these slimeballs!

Misrepresentation of Inventory and Shipping Time - DO NOT SHOP HERE!

The company claims to have real time inventory and shipping time of 5 days. Over a month later several calls to the company and they claim it will be 5 weeks.

NO ONE ever on the customer service line unless you claim you want to buy something. This company is close to fraudulent if you ask me.

They told me that a supervisor would clal me back and when i said i wanted to wait it would be several hours. I told the rep how unhappy i was and she decided to hang up on me because i did not feel i was treated fairly.

I ordered the umbrella in plenty of time for my trip. I received it and it was sliced by a box cutter then shipped to me.

When I told them I wanted to return it and get my money back I was told they do not do that. They said they would ship another one or give me store credit. I told them I don't want store credit and need the umbrella Friday at the latest. They told me they could not guarantee shipment and I would have to pay for shipping which I already did.

I will never order from them again. I should have looked at reviews.

Product Ordered Never Received and Bad Customer Service

UPDATE: after creating this review, I decided rather than call this time, I would submit a Customer Service form. After giving the history of the problem(s), my numerous attempts to get my product and also mentioning that my next step was to contact the BBB and then an attorney if necessary, I submitted the ticket.

Several days later, I received an email with nothing more in it than a shipment tracking number. No explanations, no apologies. Approximately 4-5 days later, the raft finally showed up at my door.

The quality of the raft appears to be fine so far. Regardless of finally receiving the product I ordered, I would NEVER order from this company again based on the I inferior quality of the umbrellas ordered and the poor customer support.

For $64.95 I ordered a beach umbrella which was terribly defective. I reported the defects along with pictures to Beachstore.com.

They sent out a replacement which was almost just as chinsy and defective and the first one, probably would have broke upon second use of it. I filed another report along with pictures again and said I wanted to return it and just get my money back. They refused, said an umbrella is a non-returnable item and I could only receive a credit. They issued the credit and the credit was valid for about 4 months.

Before the credit expired, I tried to order a raft for a pool on their website with the credit and the order errored at the last step of check out. I had to call to order the raft which I did and also paid another $20 due to the difference in the price of the raft and the credit along with shipping. That was 1 month ago and I still do not have the raft. I called Beachstore.com 3 weeks after the order and was told they would look into and call me back.

They never called me back. I called again and they said it was backordered but just came in and would ship now. That was a week and half ago and still no raft. I called again today and once again was told they would look into it and call me back.

No surprise that I did not get a call back. After a few hours went by, I called again and no customer service reps answered the phone. Called five minutes later and same thing. This company sells cheap products and their customer service is horrible.

Never had such a bad experience with any other company. Will have to continue dealing with this problem until I get my product or money back.

Bad Quality Merchandise

We ordered a Ostrich Beach chair and less than 2 month's later it broke after the first time using it. They said no exchange or refund.

The chair was over 100.00. It appears that they sell sub par stuff. We will never order from Beachstore.com and suggest you dont either. We contacted Customer Service shortly after it broke and they said we never called.

It is hard to actually contact a person.

It is sad that this company cant honor merchandise for more than 30 days. I plan on telling everybody we know that Beachstore.com is a rip off company.

Here is some information about the owner of Beachstore.com that the consumer should be aware: first, in 2010 Mr. Benzeno, the owner, was arrested for drug possession; and second, Mr.

Benzeno, the owner, has a Federal Tax Lien against him.

I also understand he has been arrested before on drug related charges. Is this a business you should trust?

I ordered a beach chair a week ago and have not received it. I call the customer service line and it states there are zero customer service agents to take your call.

I called 1-888-40-beach. I also payed $15.00 dollars for shipping handling. The beach chair was not cheap either. I will never order from them again.

I want to be able to go to my pool before the summer ends.

It is hard to find a beach chair in the beginning of August...that is why I ordered the chair online. Next time I will call the customer service line to make sure people work there before I buy another item online.

Beachstore.com really sucks!!! They have no customer service!

All you get is recordings. The owner Eytan, doesn't give a *** about any of his customers, he just wants your money!!!! I ordered a beach umbrella which came to me ripped at the seam also with a slight bend in one of the poles. I have called and even emailed them pictures of the defective merchandise and they refuse to get back to me.

Stay away from this company!!!

I ordered a beach umbrella from BeachStore.com and it was rated 5 stars however it did not make it through the first day on the beach. The bottom broke off and the top wind flap tore.

I am trying to get a refund now for a month. I have done as asked by sending them photos of the broken umbrella three times and still have not recieved a response. Like so many others I make a call to "customer service" and never speak to a person. Leave a message and do not get a call back.

I guess I just threw $70.00 out the window.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. :(

I should have read up on this company, but was in a rush to get a decent quality beach chair for a rapidly approaching OBX Vacation. I ordered one of their Titan Layflat chairs. It arrived fast and on time (two days), but upon opening, it seemed a bit flimsy for a 'Heavy Duty' 300lb capacity chair.

Well, it didn't make it past day three, after maybe 4 hours of use, before it completely collapsed. I'm no small guy at 250 lbs, but still well below the 300lb capacity of this chair.

I'm still trying to get a refund under their 30 day 'warranty', but still have not been able to talk to a live person, and haven't received a reply yet from their 'live chat' support message system.

Between the chair and shipping. looks like I just blew 85 bucks.

We ordered two Titan beach chairs. They arrived promptly, but were uncomfortable and too heavy to be carrying around all day. In light of this, we took steps to return the chairs...

And that is where the DRAMA began...

1. ) My account and password registered with the company were not recognized.

2.) Upon speaking with a customer service rep, she insisted that she would e-mail me a return form within minutes, and NEVER DID. (I am still waiting over an hour later.)

3.) When I called to speak with a customer service rep about this further, I was directed to a voicemail. I have called three subsequent times only to reach the same automated message.

IN MY OPINION, THIS IS A SCAM... I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Furthermore, I intend to RED-FLAG THIS COMPANY TO AMERICAN EXPRESS, and will monitor my statements for any unauthorised charges.

I only wish I had done some more research about Beachstore.com before handing over personal information.

Ordered the beach cart for my family and had fast shipping! That of course was it.

It showed up with a damaged box and missing washers. Washers which were supposed to keep the wheels on steady. After several emails back and forth entailing of them asking for pictures of the problem and my dad saying all it needs is the washers, they said they could only offer a 10 credit! They tried saying it was a UPS issue when clearly they picked up something off there back stock without all the right parts and shipped it.

I have never received anything damaged through UPS so I very highly doubt this was on them. This store has the worst customer service I've ever heard of and now will have to swallow the bill I paid to these idiots.

To avoid the draft, he fled to Luxembourg. The he attended a school for losers called Adelphi University in Garden City, Long Island.

He dropped out from there n made his way to Florida. A real good for nothing Thief.
