Terrible customer service
We ordered two sink grids. They got the numbers wrong - they looked up the numbers and made a typo when placing the order. When the wrong grid arrived, they said they'd re-order and when they checked the numbers, said I'd receive a $20 credit - the difference in the price. When the grids finally both came, more than three months after they were ordered, they charged me a re-stocking fee for the returned grid. THEY made an error and CHARGED ME for the error. The owner said that I had the receipt with the part numbers and it was my responsibility to ensure they were the right parts. I had the sink specs and THEY LOOKED UP THE PART NUMBERS IN THEIR CATALOGUE. This is not a catalogue available to consumers. Absolutely outrageous approach to customer service. Regret EVER having done business with them.

Extremely poor service
We placed order for two showers at BEACHES, BATH CITY, KINGSTON ROAD, Toronto. The first one was delivered with the wrong hardware and our work was delayed by a week. The second shower which came came with the wrong doors!!! We have been waiting since 10 days and there is no replacement door yet. I am so disgusted with their services, and I never ever go there again. I have now lost the time I took off work, trusting these guys to deliver on time. The people who worked on my bathroom cannot wait endlessly for the doors to arrive and have left and I have to find new people to work on my incomplete bathroom....if and when my door arrives.
