Order parts
After market services are zero in Europe. I need all my Mini Vortex nozzels replaced and nowhere to be found.
After several hours of search I found only 2 in the UK and was told these parts are discontinued. I'm really sorry for Beachcomber, it used to be something, but I suppose it will also be discontinued.

After waiting 13 months for a top
Of the line 700 series tub it came. Damaged.
Setting It up it leaked and still leaks The electrical lights on the outside of the didnt work now it does after panels removed but goes on and off flashing like a short in the electrical the electrician confirmed. Craig Lundman the VP of sales who tells me its my fault for trying to fix the lights that didnt work from factory. The company offered me in email a new tub or a floor model or try to fix the lemon they sent out , when I accepted the offer of new tub the main office declined there original offer & told me hed fix it. A brand new tub that was emptied 6 times looking for a leak , internal
Leak from day 1 that they now want to remove the bottom & start tearing out foam destroying the factory installed foam filled tub.
The chemicals water electrical your personal time extreme amount of costs that I have incurred trying to fix something that shouldve never left the factory beachcomber . When you pay big money for a luxury hot tub it comes out leaking damaged with an electrical short. White plastic peices floating in the tub after every use ,customers Buyer beware after many close friends tried to talk me out of buying a beach comber hot tub from their terrible experiences I shouldve listen to them. They also have a strike of unionized employees, Disgruntled employees not wanting to be in the factory assembling beachcomber tubs obviously not giving a *** of the quality that they so tell the masses.
Unfortunately this will now be dealt with in the courts. Due to the underground electrical I had installed site specific for the specs of the beachcomber tub I have no choice but to replace with exact same one or face more costs of digging up
The paving stones & re-running the electrical for a new tub site specific electrical specifications . I highly adreconsideringsider any purchase of a beachcomber tub as many of the people that I know have had bad experiences I know now and feel their pain of spending good money to be nothing but stressed with added costs, emails , phone calls all over purchasing a beach comber hot tub. The owner and CEO.
Of the company Advertisers of quality but in fact from the Day the new luxury tub is hooked up from electrical to damage on the tub from the factory to the waterfall start up & the caps flying off that were installed broken in the factory in the tub , to the customer service dont waste your money on something That will cause you nothing but grief and stress and finances to try and make it work and in the end you get nothing but a lemon beachcomber tub built in the factory with years of problems for your investment. Buyer beware

Buyer beware Beachcomber Hot tubs are not built with quality
I purchased a new tub 730 series plus $15,000 all the extras. This tub came damaged after setting it up elite and its been nothing but a fiasco and stress of trying to get it fixed.
The company is a joke the vice president of sales should be raking leaves not dealing with the public. After being told in three separate Communications in the beachcomber show room that the quality would not be jeopardized even though the delivery date went from six months to just about 14 months. I have emptied this tub now seven times and refilled it reheated it re-chemical is that rebalance the water after paying that much money for garbage. Beachcomber took the tub tried to fix it damaged more panels on the tub and wanna charge me after just bringing it back $1.40 km to come and fix what they damaged.
If I did not do underground electrical that they have no clue what theyre talking about when directing you to pre-wire for one of their covers but it cost me again nothing but money time and stress and I shouldve canceled the tub at that minute and went with a better brand there is known and better rated. If I could do it all over again I want to listen to the many people but warned me not to get a beach comber tub because they had the same problems and even though they try to rectify one of the time theyre always be another one and why would a tub leak the first day its set up to be used after 14 month weight from factory delivery. Its because they have no quality control in thier manufacturing and they dont care because theyre doing quantity not quality.
User's recommendation: Buyer beware don’t get sucked into a stressful purchase you will regret
Putting jet back in

2020.8.25 - contacted Beachcomber and arranged for them to come out and repair - i was losing water daily so apparent leak somewhere
2020.9.1 - tech arrived at 10:30am - left 12:00 noon (1.5 hours) - Chris came out and in 1.5 hours we had the tub out on its side (using airbag) and he'd determined problem and he'd removed 4-1 splitter (valve) needing replacement - said part should be in following monday (3 days away)
2020.9.15 - still hadn't heard back from Beachcomber so i called up and asked what was happening - they replied part wasn't in yet
2020.9.30 - Beachcomber called and wasn't able to set install date til Oct 15 morning
2020.10.15 - never heard from Beachcomber by 3:30pm so called them and asked them what was happening - they said i "might" hear from their service tech yet this afternoon however i was just going out at the time so that wasn't going to work - advised them i wasn't happy with their service and they promised they'd have someone at my place the next morning
2020.10.15 - tech (Edmond?) arrived at 10:30am - left 12:00 noon (said he'd bill for 1.0 hours) - upon inquiry fellow was just their Desk Clerk, and didn't do service calls but they had no one else - apparently Chris (the 1st tech) had quit for his original oilfield job - tech installed 4-1 splitter (valve), glueing it in - simple piece, just plastic/abs, nothing mechanical about it - stuffed a couple "insulation bags" in insulation pocket Chris had dug out and them put base cover onto hot tub - tech said we should let glue cure before adding water and i concurred, sounded right... - we couldn't drop the tub back into deck as tech didn't have an airbag and further explained he'd never used or knew how to use one...
and as i didn't have 2 more guys available with slings or other method to lower tub in to deck the tech is going to have to arrange either a bag (he and i could do that method) or get more support
- i have no fault with Chris vacating job or Edmond despite his lack of experience
2020.10.19 - tech (Edmond) arrived at 10:00am - left 11:45 (1.75 hours) - using airbag we dropped hot tub in quick, was under 30 minutes - took an hour for connection of pumps and electrical and then Edmond left - i cleaned out hot tub and started filling, walked away for an hour and a half - came back and tub was not filled... was only 10" of water in bottom - pulled step cover off and found 3 of the big fittings extending from the pumps were all leaking so about 100 gallons of water wasted - called beachcomber service at 2pm and Edmond came back - about 3pm - he tightened the 3 connections and seems to have stopped leaking - i continued the filling and water rose up to the upper pump connections (approx 20" from ground), and the upper left fitting was leaking too - i had a wrench that fit it and was able to tighten so it wasn't leaking either - by 7pm tub was filled, and am monitoring water levels, and further inspecting fittings for any further leaks
2020.10.20 - 9am added Startup chemical and cycled hot tub - 1pm checked chemical levels
2020.10.24 - had been monitoring water levels, no change, so appears leak and fittings are no longer an issue - adjusted chemicals
2020.11.05 - water levels still good, 3 usages in last week, adjusted chemicals
2020.11.06 - still hadn't received an Invoice for payment displaying billing charges / break down of service - at 10:38am Nov 6 2020 received an email notification from Capital One (my M/C co.), that a payment had been made for $436.23 to "BEACHCOMBER HOT TUBS +" - at 10:56am i contacted Beachcomber Service westend, and spoke to Michelle. i asked how it was possible for Beachcomber to take payment without any kind of invoicing / confirmation from myself. i had not been contacted by Beachcomber since Oct 19th visit by tech and payment had just been taken from me without notification.
She said she hadn't done the invoicing so i couldn't have an invoice and that i couldn't have been billed. I explained a payment had just been made without my approval or consent and i was further prepared to contest charges due to the poor service provided and i'm sure they probably billed me for more time than they actually had performed.
- will see where it goes from here, this was not warranty as my tub was just over 8 years old (high end tub purchased from beachcomber), that wasn't the issue at all - it's the service and timing that was poor as well as their communication
- was not advised of the warranty coverage for the repair, and as i still don't have an invoice to indicate otherwise i'm betting there isn't any.
Preferred solution: Apology and price reduction due to time i had to personally invest and provision of inexperienced support.
User's recommendation: DO NOT request or expect service from Beachcomber - they DO NOT have any qualified experienced technicians anymore, have poor communication, and are not interested in providing good service to you. This repair had my hot tub on its side blocking off my deck for just over 7 weeks and had an inexperienced person install the part (which he'd never done before). If i wasn't on-site to provide muscle and assist on the removal / re-installation of tub in my deck it wouldn't have been done.

Verified Reviewer | Sechelt, British ColumbiaSite wasn't checked to see if gfi breaker was right fior the tub we bought
The breaker keeps on shorting out as it was not checked out before we bought the tub after the tub was set up was told by the dealer that it was because form being new and might trip-up the breaker from time to time but it got worse with time we called the dealer back and now they tell me we need a new breaker and a electric should come a check out the tub at a cost of up to $800 dollar charge to us
Preferred solution: have electrician come and fix what the dealer didn't do right from the start we paid for a site check before we got the tub

Extremely disappointed.
Spent $15,000 on a hot tub that leaks and now has sensor issues. I am almost $2000 into repairs and I still have a hot tub that does not work.
I need to have the repair person come out for the third time. If this next repair does not take care of it I will throw this piece of crap away.

Worst Customer Service ever! Had a non working hot tub for over a month No one will answer our calls,Emails etc.
Purchased a USed Beach comber Hot tub with 90 day warranty from Burlington Century drive location. Picked up March 17, we were going away so hooked up, but wouldnt work, waiting till we returned from vacation on April 2, 2016 and called service.
They came out said it needed parts and would come back, also said it couldnt have been PDI with all the missing parts and not working. It has been 16 days still no parts, no one will answer our many calls or emails. Beyond mad. Had the tub over a month and haven't been able to even use it.
We have asked that our 90 day warranty start once the tub is up and running. We have been very patient, but no one and we have emailed and called over 5 people and called at least 12 times, been on line chats, emails etc, nothing no call returns nothing, I have never seen such bad service or should i say no service or response. Next step is BBB then lawyer.
very frustrated just want a tub that works. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM NO SERVICE AND YOU CANT TALK TO ANYONE.

Beachcomber Hot Tub
Do not purchase from this company. After a few months I noticed we lost 2-3 inches of water in a week.
When speaking with the salesman I was told "its evaporation". Two + years later of water loss I'm cleaning out underneath the pumps and I find a gasket sitting under one of the pipes not installed. Their solution? Install it yourself and let us know.
Nope, still leaking now for some reason, worse! Their solution? $90.00 per hour after you lift the hottub out of the deck yourself.
The arrogant approach of the long term salesman in Edmonton is disgusting.
Think twice people! Try Arctic Spas...I'm going to see if they take trade ins!

Unfortunately once a jet breaks, it can not be re-assembled to use. The jet will need to be replaced. Please measure across the face of the jet and let me know what that measurement is and also please let me know the tub serial number or year of manufacture, and I will respond with a link to the appropriate jet :)
