I haven't used or been on beachbody since 2020/21 just found out there still charging my credit card for yrs WTF ...BEACHBODY I WANT EVER PENNY BACK OR IM PRESSING CHARGES AGAINST YOU ALL !!!

Once you order items you can’t cancel. I also signed up for the free trial for BODi and can’t cancel anywhere. No human to talk to and their website just keeps me in circles

Ive ordered from Beach Body for awhile many years ago and have never had a problem. This time I ordered again and did the free trial.
I wasnt able to cancel anywhere. There is no phone number available to call and cancel.
Their website shows us how to cancel, but it never comes up. Im going to be complaining to the Consumer Protection about them.

- - This year they were charged $203; their bank is investigating.
They keep taking money from me for a membership that I canceled over two years ago. I tried to call and complain last year, and they said that they have no proof that I canceled and that I need to show them proof.
They did the same thing this year for $203! I called my bank and they are investigating.
