Through Amazon, I ordered a LG TV 65 OLED evo Ai which was shipped by Beach Camera, Edison, New Jersey. It arrived the next day without the remote, the parts that would mount the tv to its base and no instruction manual.
I have communicated with Beach Camera daily, including providing them photos of the base plate.
Still, they have not provided the missing parts. It has been 5 days.

100% selective scammers. Very believable scam / fraud reviews going back over 15 years, too many to count.
Here's mine.
They went to great lengths to try to scam me out of almost $2k, before I reported them to Amazon and the feds. They very carefully replaced the $2k video projector I paid for with a $200 one (at best, they accepted a return "without looking at it," and then resold it to me, which is very much still fraud!) When I reported it to them, they PATHETICALLY tried to blame FedEx or me. They were EXTREMELY ridiculous and unprofessional in their excuses and communication, PRETENDING not to understand that while they had scanned a NUMBER on the outer box, that has absolutely NOTHING to do with whether one of their employees swapped the product INSIDE the box. That was seriously their defense, "we scanned the number on the outside of the box." So incredibly stupid.
Their customer service agent repeatedly misspelled his own first name "Luiz" (his name is Luis, usually). Are they giving fake names? They did NOT follow the process required by Amazon A to Z claims. It was ultimately through reporting them to multiple agencies for fraud and writing angry reviews all over the internet that they, finally, sheepishly TEXTED me LATE ONE NIGHT (it's AGAINST Amazon claim policy to communicate outside of Amazon) suddenly offering to refund in full.
This was a VERY long time after I had returned their product to them. If I worked for Beach Camera, I would resign and then call my family on the phone and apologize for embarrassing them.

Beach completely washed their hands of it. They said it should of lasted years and then said "oh well"! Told me to call the Mfg. They did the same thing!
Bottom line, sure, go ahead and buy something form them. Just plan on it for 90 days then through it away! They also said they would be nice and give me a list of places to send it to fix. The shipping would be the same as buying another one, yeah right!
Through the whole conversation they were condescending, robot like, brainless and you know that they don't give a ***!
