Absolutely terrible customer service at the Rockaway, NJ location. I went in today expecting to use my previously purchased tans, which I was explicitly told in April would be extended if I bought another package, which I did. Not only did I buy another package, but my husband also made a purchase that same day.
When I went to use the tans today, the manager refused to honor them. I showed her my credit card statement clearly dated April 2025, proving the purchase. She dismissed it and insisted there was nothing showing on her side, even trying to say the charge was from a prior year, which was simply not true. The date was plainly 2025. Still, she refused to help or offer any solution.
Even worse, she was completely unprofessional and rude. When I told her I would take my business elsewhere and contact corporate, she didnt care at all and just let me walk out the door.
This is no way to treat paying customers, especially those whove spent hundreds of dollars. I will never return to this location or any Beach *** Tanning again. I strongly recommend others avoid it too.

The customer service was disrespectful and discriminatory i am very upset about what happened in the home delt location today. The help was absolutely.
Disrespectful and had no empathy towards anything that was going on for may, at that time. I believe that they need more help in that location.And the help needs better training

This is the fourth day in a row theyve let someone go in my appointment bed I said why she said an accident I said yeah they accidentally do that a lot theyre definitely getting reported harrisonburg va btw

The airbrush machine was broken, it only went up so high. So I'm half tan from the bottom and the top of me is white.
They told coming back tomorrow. The reason why I got airbrushed is for a party the next day to fix it. I had to get it fixed that night, else where. I want and deserve a refund.
They did nothing to accommodate me at all. I lost $50 to look like half tan

SExtremely unhappy with the service that Im given although this tanning salon wants to field the corporate vibe the customer is definitely not right. I had needed to cancel my membership.
I was told I had to do so in person and to sign some forms. I ran over in between my break from work with my car double parked as the girl that was helping me give me forms. I signed them being my car was double parked and I was already inconvenienced. However, the girl gave me the wrong forms, only freezing my account the past year.
I have been charged since Ive moved additional fees every single month and then I was told I signed the wrong form.
I have a bottles with I dont work in your facility. I wouldnt know which forms I only signed what you are employer give me still fighting and not getting anywhere horrible customer service!!!

Double charged my husbands credit card
Beach *** tanning in Westland, MI on Cherry Hill and Venoy swipped my husbands credit card twice. He realized it showed them proof from the bank and they still refused to refund it.
They were extremely rude calling him a liar and now he has to give up the last 2 weeks of his tanning package just because they want to be extremely rude. They also had an Ipod docking station in one of their rooms fry the hard drive on his new Ipod. He tells them so no one else fryes theirs and they act like he brokrle it just to get a new Ipod but dub we had insurance on it, he got it fixed.
He was trying to be considerate. This tanning salon is the perfect example of white trash getting a lil cash and opening a company they aren't smart enough to even run a register.
