Consumers are not stupid!

Hi There, I work a high stressed job and am a single mom of a special needs child. I'd purchased a K.I.N.D box for myself to treat myself. As to this date, I haven't received my K.I.N.D box. I've sent 5 notices via email to K.I.N.D/ Ellen's support team and their reaction is; "I've received it, enjoy your box"but I haven't received anything. I'd contacted UPS, they state that" it was sent back to Ellen/ Support in CA, because the package was declared undeliverable. Help stop the cycle, Sonya

User's recommendation: Companies have to stop using computers and hire real people.

I'm I the only one? I want what I paid for or just give my money back plus a waiting fee.

Hi There, Currently, I'm working in a heavy male dominating field, single mother of three, one with special needs. I purchased a K.I.N.D box 3 months ago, and I haven't received the box. I've sent 3 notices via email and their support team keeps giving me an automotive response, stating that I've received the box, but I hadn't. This past Saturday, I reached out to UPS, their response was the item was declared as undeliverable and was sent back to the sender. Help me to stop going around in circles?

Canceled and still got a box. I don't want any longer

Canceled a long time ago and still getting subscription. I want this cancel and not charged for any more subscriptions.

DO NOT PURCHASE

They are shipping to the incorrect address. I have emailed them numerous times about it w/ no response. They don't provide a phone number to contact. I also hear canceling the subscription is a nightmare. I will just close the credit card I used and not let them charge it anymore. This whole thing is a joke and I beg you not to purchase these boxes as customer service isn't just bad, THERE IS NONE!!
