I EITHER WANT MONEY REFUNDABLE OR MY SUMMER BOX. IVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS, NO ONE WILL RESPOND BACK TO ME, OR RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. ONLY SENDS EMAIL BACK...SAYING WILL REACH OUT TO U SOON. LISA CAUDILL

They are shipping to the incorrect address. I have emailed them numerous times about it w/ no response. They don't provide a phone number to contact. I also hear canceling the subscription is a nightmare. I will just close the credit card I used and not let them charge it anymore. This whole thing is a joke and I beg you not to purchase these boxes as customer service isn't just bad, THERE IS NONE!!
