They just hung up on me. Less than zero stars.
Nearly impossible to cancel auto ship order for supplies for my mother who has died. Bard keeps sending boxes of supplies and I cant find where to cancel these expensive, unneeded shipments.
They should make the process easy - not r so difficult that no one can find how to do it.
