BCR credit company is very rude

BCR has extremely rude employees and will not stop calling despite me telling them they have the wrong number. I am going absolutely crazy. I have been yelled at, hung up on and basically disrepected in every possible way over the phone. This company gets away with way too much and obviously hires bottom of the barrel people. I need a way to reprimand them, other wise they are going to keep calling me and everyone else. I have tried many avenues to contact them to no avail. At the very least I would like to speak to their management about the employees behavior. HELP!

Bcr collection agency

Had att wireless last year 9/3/2009 till 9/17/2009 returned phone to best buy and canceled service .talked to woman from att and told her if had bill to send it to me or call me never heard any thing our recive bill in mail about june 5th of this year got my credit report and there was att wireless saying i owed them one hundred and 11 dollars i called att and talked to woman named barb got bill down to 38 dollars told her to mail it to me said could not due till july 11th then i recived little card from bcr saying i owed 45 dollars but they bcr would settle for 31 dollars i e mailed them 3 times with no reply from them that i would settle for 18 dollars because that is what i feel that i owe att for there dropped calls and lousy 3 g service i will e mail bcr every day until they bcr resolve this issue

Att called me woman named julie jones said going to wave 75.81 so bcr will not be getting a penney for this one worth less company end of story thank god


i called att to see if i could get att service woman from att said had bill for 7521 and it had been turned over to bcr collection i e mailed this bcr again michell mcdowell and she said owe 89.46 14.25 is what they get to get the money only thing that i can figure out had blackberry phone for 1 day took back got free phone and canceled data service took some pictures and sent to daughter and att sent me message saying using data i stop using phone and took back 89.46 for what if owe any thing maybe 10.00 dollars.att said i had other account with 0 balance i asked lady to give me account numbers she would not i e mailed att and asked them to have supervisor call me to get the other account numbers i am 60 years old and never seen such a half *** company than bcr and att


Ashland from att wireless called me today july 26th and told me case is resolved and paid in full.I am glad for that but still have bad credit and bcr company worth less have to e mail them so many times forgot how many if you every get phone from att and take it back before 30 days there is a bill coming i did not get one but i will know better next time wasted alot of time for nothing

This michele mcdowell from bcr e mailed me saying they bcr has recived payment and will contact att wireless and tell them that this issue has been resolved i e mailed them back that i h burgess had done all the work to resolve this issue and bcr did nothing took 1 month and 2 weeks to resolved also told them to lose ny e mail and phone no real *** co


Bcr would screw up a cup of coffee they call woman and scare them to pay a bill let bcr call me they would not be so tough talking to a man. big tough guys You e mail them and they don.t reply.people sign contacts for phones for 2 years and phones don.t work right so people don.t want to pay and company turn it over to these companys like said bcr would screw up a cup of coffee.Complete idots they act like they have some kind of power to scare woman

Like said sent bcr payment of 27.05 today 7/17/2010 they bcr should recive wed 7/21/2010 money order no 144**** i e mailed them today 7/17/2010 told them to e nail me when recive money order do i have to e mail them again 10 times before they reply


I want att to know that bcr had nothing to do with me paying the 27.05 i wanted to pay the bill had to e mail them 10 times to resolve this issue .att need to hire a better company then this
