Lisa said that they would fix the problem with the package problem prior to been sent that it would not happen again as the items were not secured proply in the post bag with bibble wrap and the box was not packed proply with stuffing while the item was sliding around in the box and the items boxes were a bit kocked around in the shipment and the manager of the distribution center will be notified of the out come of the complaint.

Site said product could not be delivered but pick up in store via click and collect. Click and collect button said the product could not be click and collected but only via delivery.

Complain about warragul service and attitude
- - Disappointed with service and attitude at Warragul store; reel not spooled.
- - Vouchers of $300 wasted; potential spend over $1,000.
As a customer with BCF for quite a while i am very disappointed with the service and attitude towards me trying to buy a rod and reel combination from your Warragul store . Walked around the store for approx 10 minutes with no assistance picked up a shimano spinning rod and reel and other items went to the counter to ask if i could get the reel spooled and was told there was no one certified to spool the reel and no one to sign it off as the two guys smirked at each other I have purchased other rods reels from your stores and other stores i have never heard of this as i live 3/4 of an hour away what a waist of my time $300 in vouchers wasted plus another amount of money i was going to spend in there amounted to over $1000 dollars.
Another customer looked and listened in disbelief with what the BCF guys said. I am 61 years old bean fishing since i was 10 i will not recommend the Warragul store to anyone that i know .
