CGI not responding for 3 days!!!

I retired from Bell Canada on June 30 2022. I had a password issue so I had to reset my phone to factory settings.

In order to do that i need the Remote Management taken off my phone as I no longer need to connect to BCE. I called CGI 3 days ago to get this removed. I was eventually given a ticket 1099****. I've called numerous times going through all the prompts etc either to be disconnected or to have someone tell me my ticket has been escalated and someone would call me back.

When I began calling first thing this morning they told me they couldn't help because it was the weekend now! I have a 6 hr drive ahead of me and no cell phone!

I couldn't be more disgusted, disgruntled as well as disappointed in the customer service I have received. Not to mention I was a loyal employee for 42 years!!
