If the building inspectors did their job I wouldn't be in this mess, probably a pay-off of some sort.This was a typical money grab during the building boom.
But these clowns knew exactly what they were doing wrong, wrong size wrong layout. we now have a septic that has to be pumped out ervery other month just so we can use the toilet.
