My experience has been very bad. They have not contacted me about the payment problem in almost 2 weeks.
Numerous attempts to contact the company as I paid for the service, but no access has been given. It has been 8 days, and this has not been resolved.

Resolved: Inability to use site. Continues to make me change my password
Inability to sign on to site. Keeps requesting to change password. Ive tried numerous times to log in, but no access granted.

This site is horrible. No customer service to cancel my auto-renewal.
Oh, did I mention 90% of the profiles on there are bots/scammers? Do not use!
I can't even cancel in the Google Play Store as it's not showing up. Had to block them through my bank.

No one will take my call
I'm trying to get an upgrade to be a paying customer; however, the site refuses to let me be a one-month subscriber for now. It will not take me to a billing page nor a customer service link. So, if it's this difficult to become a member, then I certainly don't want to give you any money!

You have several people that are using different identities different names different looks and the same girl you'll find her six times on your site there's other girls doing this I would like someone
I would start checking out the people that are on your site there's one girl you can tell blonde that she is parading in six different girls I was chatting with this girl and supposedly involved with this girl and she ripped me off and she's going to rip off your customers for a thousands of dollars if I could post this at the beginning your site nobody would go there cuz you're not taking care of it and you probably won't I sent pictures so you should check this out

I cancelled my membership last month, I spoke directly with bbw customer service & I made them refund my money and cancel the subscription last month it turned around and charged me again. Y'all refunded my money last month ASAP $35.99. Card 6807
