Owner installed wrong condenser and then stopped responding

We bought our home Dec 2021, bbt installed a condenser for previous owners a month before we purchased. Once the weather warmed, the 2nd/3rd floor wouldnt cool. We contacted Tom Casella (owner of Bbt) as we were under warranty but he didnt show up after scheduling an apt so we had another company come to diagnose the issue. The new company explained that bbt installed the wrong condenser. After letting Tom know he stopped responding and wouldnt take our calls!
