Overpriced
They basically overcharge customers and purchase products through Amazon. If you can I would highly recommend just doing a thorough search on Amazons website for whatever product you are looking for.

I needed to order replacement parts for a BBQ. I researched the model number online and was immediately referred to BBQMoito.com.
Since buying replacement parts is not very common for me, I found the part I needed on the website and placed the order. I immediately received a confirmation email and it states I would receive another email when it shipped,
After a week had passed, I attempted to call (during business hours) the number provided in my confirmation email. The company recording said there was no one there to accept calls. Figuring the business might possibly be closed due to COVID 19, I wrote an email stating my situation and that I needed the item.
I copied the part number from this website and looked on amazon. I found the same EXACT same item for almost half the price. I immediately placed the order.
As luck would have it, the next day I received an email stating the item I ordered from BBQMoito had been shipped. Three hours after that email, I received a response from the Customer Service team. They told me what I had already found out, that the order had been shipped.
The next day, my part from BBQMOITO.com arrived in an Amazon box and no paperwork from BBQMOITO. The company had apparently purchased the item from Amazon and marked it up in price.
When I wrote BBQMOITO stating I wanted to return my item I was sent an email with a return label and told that I could only return the item if it was unopened. I was also told I would have to pay for shipping and a possible 20% restocking fee. Then after careful inspection, I would receive my refund.
Now being that the item was sent to me in an Amazon box and it didnt include any Company paperwork, I could have easily opened this package (especially, since I placed my order from Amazon as well). Not fair to the customer if your policy is to only accept unopened returns if your company information isnt included with an item thats sent in a plain brown box from Amazon.
As a Prime Amazon member, I feel especially ripped off. I am purchasing the same exact item at half the price with free shipping. In the case that I do have an issue with the item, I know I could easily return it at no additional cost to me. That’s what I consider a good business with exceptional customer service. It really is a horrible business practice to purchase items from Amazon and pass it off as your own only to take advantage of your customers and destroy their trust.
