I need to Speak to somebody .. I would not bother if they would reply to my constant email messages sent to their support department .. I have had no reply to at least five emails I have sent

AI Highlights
  • - Customer support is disappointing and unresponsive.
  • - Overall good courses, but billing issues and no direct replies.

I have given four stars because it is only their customer support which is very disappointing and nonexistent. Generally, BBC Maestro as a creative teaching body is very, very good, but if you fall ill and your subscription lapses after being with them from the beginning, and losing my original cost and being charged double the amount because of being in the hospital and missing my renewal, I have texted them several times to discuss the matter and my account, but not once have they replied directly to me.

It's the support and contact that I am very frustrated and disappointed with. Everything else in BBC Maestro is very, very good, and I would highly recommend that you do their online courses. However, I would not recommend trying to get a human to reply to you. I've lost that personal touch and, in fact, they completely ignore loyal customers.

It makes me very sad as I would like to return, but I would like to discuss my account before I do so. If they will not either email me or give me a phone number, how can I do this?

Pros:
  • Great creative courses very in-depth and very professional and very good
Cons:
  • Very bad customer service services and really bad manner treatment for loyal customers

Preferred solution: BBC maestro to have decency to contact me

User's recommendation: For their online courses et BBC Maestro is amazing .. as for their customer service and their support Very disappointing
