I called to get a status on a warranty call. the person that answered was rude, condescending and told me to call the home warranty call and get somebody else.

B&B Plumbing Update: They never called me back not repaired my hot water heater after 7 days. Another company came out & found nothing work with the heat & had the hot water running in minutes. They also stated that they have to finish numerous B&B repairs.

Came to check a broken hot water heater, on Wednesday stated that he was going to sit in his truck & place the service request to AHS for a new hot water heater to be delivered Monday. But that he fixed it so that we will have hot water tonight. Also that he was bring a co-worker to help him install it on Monday. I called BB Lewis several times on Monday to confirm deliver, left voice messages with no retuned call, even called their main office to get voice mall.

Later I called American Home Shield who referred me and was told that the service request was not placed until today, Monday at 9:30 a.m. and that BB Lewis did not indicated to the heater needed replacement and they are going to sent me another company to loom at my hot water heater.

If you ever come in contact with BB Lewis, do not touch them with a 100 ft. pole. I read some of their reviews on-line & they are awful, if they have any positive ones, they must have written themselves.
