Shoddy work, unreliable and very dishonest

Bad contractor work in and around Sioux Falls, SD, area (and possibly Iowa and Nebraska): I am letting everyone know about our experience with BBKint Construction (Brian Kint). This contractor's work is extremely shoddy. He is very unreliable and very dishonest. He used obsolete/faulty material on our deck without informing us. Furthermore, he never obtained all necessary permits. The decks he put on our home do not drain as promised and are improperly installed/constructed. Both decks have failed city inspection. We also discussed re-shingling our roof with him. He guaranteed that he would make sure it would be completed by a GAF qualified roofer. The roofer was not GAF qualified, and he refused to give us the roofer's name. He would not provide us with detailed receipts, although we asked him numerous times. I have discovered other people who are unsatisfied with his work and I hope to help them file complaints. I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau and to the South Dakota Attorney Generals Office, Division of Consumer Protection. We are in the process of taking legal action with our own personal attorney. He may also have done work in Iowa and Nebraska. If he has provided you unsatisfactory work, please contact the Office of Attorney General, South Dakota Division of Consumer Protection or your state's Attorney General by filing a complaint. I would also look into your states revenue office for reporting what you have paid him. Please make sure this information gets around Sioux Falls, SD, and the entire states of South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska.

User's recommendation: "Do Not Hire" and Report him if he has done bad work for you.
