Buyer Beware!!! They will tell you they do not subcontract, what a lie!
Not a day goes by that I do not curse their name.
Used poor materials that split or failed over time; threw away historic materials; pulled up attic floors to put in recessed electric, left boards all over attic and had to pay another company to reset them; poor electricians did not ground switches; poor plumbers did not install bathroom fixtures properly; holes and gouges in my walls show multiple attempts at installation; recommended in wall insulation and agreed to provide oversight, project manager never showed so we had holes from exterior to interior that had to be covered up with chair molding; damaged things so badly we had to repair them twice. Project manager was a joke!
