Verified Reviewer“Leather” on the seats began peeling after 2 years. I felt it was a defect as it i is mostly in the edges of the seats. The company will do nothing about it other than recommend we return to Costco.
Very disappointed with the quality of the leather seats. I believe the company should be held accountable for faulty parts, especially when they advertise as having high-quality furniture.

Paint
I just bought a used green distressed tv cabinet. It had a scratched area. I need to repaint and was wondering if I can get a paint sample from you.

Excitement turned to DISAPPOINTED
We bought the Lawler 9 piece Dining Set. It was shipped to us which is concerning because if there is damaged items you will not know until you get ALL the boxes opened and inspected which the delivery person could not wait around for that to happened.
One chair the top of the chair was broken totally off, where it meets the mid back part, a 2nd chair the top part was cracked on both sides exactly at the same spot the 1st chair broke off, and a 3rd chair one side cracked at the same location as the others. The Quality Control Process for this company appears to be lacking and 2 chairs should have been caught at that time prior to shipping and the other chair broken off had to be during packaging for shipping or the box dropped hard at some point. I am awaiting to hear what the plan is to replace 3 chairs.
Delivery company timely, notification of the delivery process good; however they only had 1 person for the table top box that required 2 people to carry, thankfully I was home to assist. Until the return process happens and chairs received in perfect condition we can not rate this company but with 1 star.....
