Absolute scam

Avoid this dealership like the plague. David (salesman) is the most dishonest person I've met in a long while and he will lie to you with a smile. Never received pricing on my truck baaed on the ammount we agreed on even though he said he went so far as speak to the OWNERS SON and the OWNER of the dealership. Would love to know how the owner of the dealership feels about a salesman in his establishment saying he personally authorized something he never did. Me and my family have bought 5 cars from here over the last few years. Can comfortably say none of us will ever be returning as well as my wife who was planning on buying a wrangler in a few months. Horrible service at this place and now since I've written about it. I've been contacted by the manager (Sal) in an attempt to pay me $500 to take down this review. I guess they don't want people to know what kind of sham is being ran over there. If you decide to go with this brand then please, take your business elsewhere that they will be honest with you about what you're paying for the vehicle. User's recommendation: Don't waste your time or money

Bad customer service

Today we received a bill from my previous leased car 2019 Jeep Cherokee. We're being billed $395.00 When we turned in our Jeep Cherokee our salesman told me and wife that Bayside Jeep 212-19 Northern Blvd, Queens, NY 11361 would take care of the rest of the payments. I don't understand why are we still being billed for our old lease. In addition, I'm also being billed for some scratches on the bumper. When we leased our 2019 Jeep Cherokee we paid for full coverage and on top of that we also paid for a complete care package which covered any scratches or cracked windshields now why are we being charged for that also. We have been leasing cars for over 10 years never have we experience what we've experienced now with Bayside Jeep. I and my wife are losing time from our jobs to deal with this mess. This shouldn't be happening, I'm losing money because I work as a freelancer. I'm losing an entire day of work because I have to take my "brand new Jeep" for body repairs and electrical problems. A "brand new Jeep"..really?? All this time I've wasted needs to be compensated by Jeep somehow. I shouldn't have to be going through this mess..this has been a very frustrating and horrible experience for my wife and me. We feel like we've taken advantage of

Auto Service

Had my car for six days to repair a water pump that was covered under warranty. Car rental was also suppose to be covered but they forgot to call it in, now I am paying an extra $250.00 due to their incompetence. They refuse to help and say it is on me even though they have handled this in the past. They never call you back, they always have your car for almost a week no matter how minute the repair - STAY AWAY!!!! Do not go here for a purchase or repair - as crooked as they come.
