Can’t get nowhere with them, they said they’re trying

My 2019 ram truck is still in the shop now 63 days as of today spoke to the manager he says they cant get the part. Its gonna take another six weeks.

In the meantime, they parked my vehicle in the street, exposing it to thieves and damage. they never return my phone calls. Keep me on hold I put a claim in with Chrysler. Theyre working on it I dont know what else to do.

I feel like my truck was kidnapped. they just dont care. Its costing me a fortune. I also pay for a parking spot every month a waste of money.

I want to take my truck home.

Let them call me when the part is in they refuse to release the vehicle. I dont understand it help!

2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited

I just got a brand new 2021 Jeep Sarah unlimited 2 weeks ago and I'm now having electrical problem with a Wrangler..very frustrating that a brand new Jeep has issues. My rear view camera doesn't work and the engine shut off while driving into a parking lot.

on top of it all my Jeep had dent in the front fender when I first got it and another ding on the left passenger door. How is this happening to a brand new 2021 Jeep Wrangler

Poor service at Bayside Chrysler Jeep in D'Iberville,Ms.

I own a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited bought at Bayside Chrysler Jeep in D'Iberville Ms.This vehicle has had 3 recalls.I called and got an appointment for the latest recall and took the vehicle to the dealer.I was told 3 hours and left the jeep.I called them 3 hours later and they had no record of my name and jeep.They finally found someone who knew about it,but nothing had been done to it.I had to another 3 hours for them to supposedly fix it.I have no faith in this dealer or the Jeep brand.I would never recommend Jeep or Bayside to anyone.I will be surprised if they actually fixed my problem.
