They gave my family the run around for a half a week. Every employee told us different information and we traveled all the way there to get screwed over! In the end took us an hour to get there just so they could yet gain tell us different information and that they could not help us. Lowlifes!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

I'm trading in my altima for a different one the salesperson told me I'm only intitled to one year free service I also have paid for a warranty for 6 yes or 100000 miles the salesperson told this doesn't carry over can you please help I'll be there tomorrow 9am

Did nothing but harass

I would never buy or send anyone to buy a car from BayRidge Nissan.David and Manny are the biggest *** in that place for harassing people.I wouldn"t recomend this place to anyone.Do yourself a favor and buy a car from another dealer.These two guys get you a loan from one bank and a couple of months later they try to buy back your loan to switch it to another bank.They do this so they make money and the other bank makes money.They tell you they got you a lower rate,but in the end ,you end up paying more than what the car is worth.

Bay ridge nissan

i came to bay ridge Nissan to lease vehicle.salesman Andrei charged me 1000$ for processing and explain me money will be refund even if i don't sign contract. after that i did not sign contract because the deal became completely different that we arrange initially. i ask for my deposit back. manager Dimitry told me . they not working for free . and i never get my money back in this dealership !!!! Dimitry almost push me away from the dealership. 100% scam. i field claim to consumer affairs if is doesn't help .i will go to the small claim court.stay away from bay ridge Nissan!!!!

Bayridge nissian on 5th ave an 63 ripoff

if u have extended warranty on your vehicle in which u pay a LOT OF money 4 PLEASE DO NOT GO AND GET YOUR CAR SERVICE at the Nissan in BAYRIDGE if u go there ten time they find something wrong that just ""so happen not" "covered on your" PLATINUM Warranty" an if u chose only 2 have what is covered be done they will refuse u and they all have such a nasty attitude it's almost like u r begging to have your car fix and they are not that cheap so if u r planning to get your car service please be warn about there scam

Do not use Bay Ridge Nissan for any type of service. They will charge for things that don't exist.

They will charge you even though you have a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on a brand new car. They will rip you off in any possible way.

i had 3 problems with my car & they fixed only one of them under warranty. then they say they don't see the other 2 problems exist & i have to pay $120 for checking into it.

i have a 1 year old car everything should be warranty. they rip off like crazy.

I went down there to get a pre-owned06 altima. I call the same day before goin over there just to make sure that the car i wanted was still in intentory.

The representative said yes, so i went. upon arrival, when i asked about that car, they told me it was sold like 20 min ago but they got another one just like that one. I went and check it out n i liked it. After making a down payment, a sales rep told me to come back the next day...when i went back, they told me that the bank denied my application but they are willing to give me a loan if i was going to get a brand new car.

So rite there i said no and demand a refund in full payment. Unfortunately, they told me i have to wait for 2 weeks and i will receive it in the mail. 3 weeks goes by, no check, i keep on calling and they say they mail it out.

4 weeks gone by no check. i bug there fone for a good week and then got back my money and went to nemet and got a better deal...

so guys be very careful when you are goin to these guys.

You know whats amazing - I just stumbled on this page as I just bought

a new Mazda Tribute 2008 and the story I had was the EXACT same as the

other one on this page Posted !!!! WOW - I was lied to and deceived

left & right by A salesman who promised me this and that and after I

signed and paid them - I came for the truck and it was scratched and

had no sunroof as PROMISED . It had NO side bars as PROMISED and it had

no pin striping or tint as PROMISED . But the sick part was I wrote all

these things down and said ARE WE GOOD before I paid and signed LOL !

They are incredible there . YES they do rob lie and deceive ! I confirm

that . I had to fight for weeks to get what I was told I HAD ! The sun

roof does not come in that model BUT the salesman said it did - he then

said woops sorry thats my bad . I was told sorry MY error over & over .

I doubt they were sorry -THEY LIED to make the sale. Read the other

Post on this page . MORE than one says what they do there. Then the

side bars that I was promised - I too was told same BS that they sold

it so low they cannot give them to me BUT I can pay for them and they

will install them labor free and charge me the factory price and NOT

MAKE a CENT on me - well well well . Thus the MGR there told me $700 -

I made some calls to other Mazda dealers out of Brooklyn and in LI a

place quoted me $280 for them so they FLAT OUT LIED again to make a

fast $500 off me but I am not *** ! When I called the MGR out he

too got loud and WANTED to FIGHT ME TOO ! This is just way too

coincidental to other story . He wanted to break my contract after we

almost exchanged fists . So very professional ? I complained to MAZDA

CORP and they sent me a $280 check because they had SO many complaints

about them and I too filed with the BBB and Consumer Affairs. What a

joke mickey mouse Operation going on there YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS - I forgot to mention that when I got the truck they offered to take

my old truck due back to Ford and return it . SIX WEEKS after I got a

call from Ford saying where is OUR TRUCK and you owe us $400 in late

fees ...... I went to that Mazda and asked whats going on and was told

WOOOPS WE FORGOT and it sat in their lot for 6 weeks - Enough said

:( this dealership sucks, they tried to deny my warranty and offered to fix my transmission for $5000 plus a $500 transmission diagnostic fee and treated me worst than a stepchild..good luck if you leave your car with those crooks

I got the same service from them. I have the extended warranty.

They charged me $700 for the $30,000 service because they said if I don't do it, it will void my warranty. I had a problem with my fuel pump and they charged me $150 for labor and found problems I didn't know existed which added to $500 more in cost.

I realized something is up and brought it to a different Nissan service center and they got my car fixed right up and told me I overpayed by $500 each time and got ripped off for unnecessary services.

Stay away from Bay Ridge Nissan

No smog on used carfF!

I bought a used Mazda from Bay Bridge Nissan in Oakland Ca. They charged me for the smog and never smogged it, I can not get license for it. This was illegal and dishonest. They will not return my calls. I have tried and tried to contact them. They are rude, unresponsive, and just want to ignore the problem. I am at a point that I am going to have to file a complaint with the DMV Investigative Unit. Maybe then they will respond? No wonder car dealerships have such bad reputations. They deserve it and more. I need help.
