I am requesting a full review of my auto loan account regarding the force-placed insurance that was added to my loan balance. I previously provided proof that I had valid full coverage insurance, and BayPort refunded a portion of the force-placed insurance. However, it appears that the full amount of interest that accrued on the added insurance balance was not removed.
I am requesting the following:
A complete loan transaction history, including all force-placed insurance charges, refunds, and interest added to my principal.
A full review and reversal of all interest that was charged on the force-placed insurance, since I had valid full coverage and submitted proof.
An updated payoff amount once the corrections are applied.
Review by a senior loan specialist or supervisor, as this issue has significantly increased my monthly payment from $494 to $576.05.

Why are you calling it forced-placed insurance? Tell the truth.
You are a poor credit risk. Your auto loan is probably at one of those sketchy places.
The bank needs to protect their investment and you didn’t present as responsible to ensure coverage on your own. I doubt very much you have five years (60 continuous previous months) of uninterrupted coverage.
