Unresponsive team

My nephew visited Dr. Sidani for check up in July, and he coded it incorrectly per insurance. My nephew received several bills for Blood work and contacted insurance. Insurance indicated that Dr. Sidani's group needs to correct the coding. My nephew and his mom contacted Dr. Sidani for past two months but no one cares to respond. All e-mails go unanswered and when we call to the office, they ask us to leave messages message

User's recommendation: Do not go to Dr. Sidani. Run from him.

  • Several drs are great but sidani needs to be fired
  • Dr sidani is there
Preferred solution
Correct the coding on the bill, so BCBS pay for services. This is the correct way since my nephew came for check up. Also, Dr. Sidani needs to be responsive.
