Bay Window Cleaning did not fulfill Amazon local voycher
We purchased a voucher from Bay Window Cleaning for our Daphne,Al home. I left left phone messages on the following dates & times with no return calls. Feb 06 2015 @ 3:01 pm Feb 07 2015 @9:08 am Feb 11 2015 @ 4:42 pm Feb 11 2015 @ 4:38 pm Sent text to redeem voucher - Feb 06 2015 @ 3:04 pm. No response Feb 28 2015 6:00 pm March 02 2015 1:45pm Not one call returned...husband contacted them. No show for Feb 25 apt at 11:00 No show again March 2 apt for 11:00 Only returned call after text from husband...told there was a death yesterday. I understand that but they still run a business. When I asked why he didn't return calls or no show his response was "I'm not going to let you dress me down lady...find someone else. How do I get money back from this incompetent co.?
