I just want to buy!
Got a call from Ms. O’leary who seemed surprised I can’t locate their product.
Said she would check into ‘it’ and get back with me. That was Wednesday and I’m still waiting. Then, just a bit ago, Austin from the El Paso, Tx Corp office called me. According to Austin each and every store on the list that he sent me, which included Walmart, Albertson’s, Smart and Final and several stores that are not on the west coast like Piggly Wiggly and H.E.B., has had their product in store and on shelf in the last 6 months!
I asked him why I would spend so much effort in the past year, trying to locate and purchase their product? Austin did not come out and actually say I was crazy but said that I should focus on my health. Excuse me!?! Okay, I’m crazy!
Crazy for being loyal to their product, for liking it and for trying to find it!
Thank you Austin for showing me the errors of my way! COFFEEMATE, you just got a new customer!!
I have been a loyal fan of Borden Creamora Coffee Creamer for decades, over half a century! I have occasionally tried the other major coffee creamer but, found it very lacking! Lacking in taste, it misses the 'creamy' by a long shot but, if I ever need oil, you just hade to spoon it off the top of your coffee! What it lacks in creamy taste it makes up with many 'fake' tastes! But, back to Creamora!
Until about 3 years ago, you could buy Creamora Coffee Creamer in any store! Then, I started to notice I had to go to certain stores to find it! Then all the local stores stopped carrying it. I had to go to Walmart, then Walmart stopped carrying in store and I had to buy online till they stopped. Then Smart and Final stopped. I shopped on line and found several 'sellers' on Amazon carried Creamora. Last order was for 2 of the 35.3 oz jars, including shipping, $97.82! Tried to order more today, NOTHING! All kind of CoffeeMate sellers. Creamora, Zip, Ziltch, Nada, Nothing! Now, I'm starting to panic, I've got about a weeks worth of Creamora left.
For the past year, I have called individual stores with no luck. I start calling the stores Corp offices regarding Creamora. I call other states' stores. Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, NOTHING! Found a store in Texas but, when I gave them my shipping address, 'We don't sell to California!' And they hung up! So I started calling Bay Valley Foods. They sent me an old, outdated list that included Super-Value (dba Albertson's), Walmart and Smart and Final. I contacted each and every corporate office on their list, NOTHING, ZIP, ZILTCH, NADA! Not 1 store on their list carries Creamora, 'We did carry Creamora but, not any more!'
So I start calling each individual Bay Valley Foods. El Paso, Tx shows as a Corp Office, 800-236-****. So I called. Spoke with a young man that sounded like answering phones was new to him. Between the Mmmmmms and Ahhhhs and having to ask him to speak up, he did say that they never got a notice about Creamora being discontinued and it was manufactured in Wayland, Mi., 'Sorry but We don't have a phone number for Wayland, Mi.' WTF? The Corporate Office doesn't have the number? Funny, internet does! 269-792-****. Called Wayland and was informed that they still manufacture Creamora but to find out where to purchase I will have to call Corp office in Oakbrook, Illinois, 800-558-****. This is the 3rd 'corporate office' I have called! The one in Pennsylvania told me that they could not sell to individuals.
I tried calling Oakbrook. I tried calling for 3 days! Recording on voicemail is in English, French, and Spanish. I tried every option and each option wants an ext number. Tried Operator, JOKE! Trying operator gives you a message that no one is 'available to speak with you' then disconnects? WHY? All I am trying to do is purchase your product! I give you 1 star for horrid Customer Service and product availability! Wish I could give you Minus 5 but that option isn't offered!
Called El Paso Corp office again and got a different operator, she gave me 708-483-**** and guaranteed a real person would answer, yeah right! Left a message for Kerry O'Leary. I'm still waiting for a call back. Don't have much faith since the 'Guarantee' didn't guarantee anything!!
