Dont worry I bought my 34 ft puma there at Bay RV and have not been treated any better by them when it came to warranty work. They were supposed to order a wall panel in July when I purchased my trailer. I made an appointment in January, the wall panel still had not been ordered. my tongue jack was blowing the fuse, my slide outs were not level when I took delivery of the trailer, there is a gap between the shower drain & the floor of the shower & some other minor issues. I provided a written list of requested repairs. They had the trailer for 2 months when the finally told me it was ready to pick up. When I drove up there to pick it up The shower drain still had a gap in it, the slide outs had not been adjusted & there was *** in my spare tire cover. They said to leave it and they would get it taken care of but it & replace the damaged tire cover. would take a couple of weeks because of the upcoming RV show. I said no problem not going to be using it for a little while anyway. waited 3 more weeks got a call, trailer is ready to be picked up. Much to my dismay the drivers side slide out was not adjusted the shower drain still had a gap in it & the tire cover was not replaced or even ordered. after some exchanges they eventually told by the owner Tom that my slide outs were adjusted as far as they could be adjusted & were sealed & that Dave said when I was there last time I had said that I was ok with the shower drain. I was eventually tod by the owner Tom to take my *** trailer & get off of his f-----g property. When i got home with the trailer was operating the tongue jack & it was banging & jumping. I have never in my life been treated like this. I manage a business & guarntee that if I treated my customers in that manner that I would not have a job for very long. I will never buy another thing from Bay RV again nor do I recommend anyone else patronizing this business either

Bad Experience

Bay RV Joppa MD Bad experience: I made an apt with Bay RV in Joppa to get some warranty done on my 1 year old WildCat. When we made the apt the prior week to come in they were nice. But needless to say the morning I got there and they found out that I hadn't bought my camper there the tone changed quickly. The service guy Dave claimed at that point that he never even spoke to us on the phone. Which was a LIE !!!!! Then as we proceeded outside the owner Todd came out & very very rude and proceeded to ask me why I didn't buy my camper from them. I didn't feel like I had to answer or explain to him why I didn't. NONE OF THERE BUSINESS !!!!! He then told me well I don't need your problems here when I have my own to work on here...I said I didn't see what the problem was I wasn't expecting to get my issues resolved that very minute. He then said well its not like I have room for your 37' camper anyhow. So I told him well get it right its a 39'. He didn't like that. So the 9:30 apt we had went to not being to look at it for several days. Ok so I took accepted that & I left the camper there. I just don't understand & did say to Dave later on after the unruly owner left why it was such a big ugly deal to work on my camper he then said because we have to take a loss on it about $200. I told him that wasn't true because they would get fully refunded back from Forrest River. He said NO... He did at least apologize for the mishap with the owner I told him the owner was very WRONG....No one should be treated like this at all. I then called after I left there another dealership and explained to them about how I was treated and badly spoken to from the OWNER Todd....They told me to bring my camper to them & they would gladly fix it for us may take a few weeks but that was ok to me because I didn't need it til Labor Day. But let me tell you anyone that didn't buy your camper from them DON'T take your camper to BAY RV in JOPPA MD. Unless you want to be very disrespected from them because that is what you will get. We did go back down the next day & picked up the camper & both Dave & the owner were out there & didn't either one of them had the respect to say anything to us. But you know what it was probably better that they didn't because it would have gotten ugly
