Bay City Electric Light & Power

an elderly man froze to death not knowing how to get his electric turned on after a device was installed to limit his electricity by this company. 93 years old.

he had money attached to the bill on his table when they found him dead with his home at 32 degrees filled with ice. what a way to go. and what a sick company for allowing this to happen.

I sure am glad i dont live in bay city michigan. This should have never ever happened and i wonder how many other folks there are suffering due to this company.
