Wanted to use it - could not even enter the station (Berryessa)
Have: Clipper account, Clipper card - digital on my phone, Clipper charged $30, have paid for parking (fwiw), have talked to their support, have used Google wallet, have a phone with NFC required for the reader.
Have not: been able to get into the station, the reader recognizes there is a NFC chip but repeats again and again to touch the card again. No love.
After missing 3 trains to SF, I gave up. BART made it to the top of my "avoid if important" list.
btw. the BART employee made sure I knew this was not a BART problem but a Clipper problem. I don't care, I want to ride BART, have a positive balance of $30 and can't even get into the station. What a royal *** up.

Verified Reviewer | Oakland, CaliforniaStuck in elevator, no assistance at all
Called Bart Police they said they couldn't Help. I'm still stuck in elevator and they put me through to customer service but they didn't answer.
I kept pressing emergency bell. Still no help. Began pressing every button. Finally after about 10 minutes the elevator returned to platform.
I couldn't carry my product case easily so it took a long time to get downn the stairs. Went to station manager told her what happened, she didn't seem to care. I left. Called Bart when I got to my car but only person I could get (after trying all extensions) was someone in internal affairs.
He took info & said someone would call - 5 hours later no one has called. I just got an email saying if it was warranted someone would call me but then the email reminded me of all the wonderful new things that Bart was doing.
I'm considering walking to SF after today (not really) because I go to work at 515am every morning. Definitely will NEVER take a Bart elevator again.

Filth
Bart is filthy. It stinks.
We pay more, they do less.
Maybe Joel Keller should do his job. I can see why nobody wants to ride.

Review from Antioch, California
I can't believe peak period trains are only going to Pleasant Hill !! The platforms are so packed that its a matter of time before someone falls onto the tracks.
Trains are completely packed and many cars feel like a hot sweaty smelly sauna. Prices keep going up, but service goes down.
Why does the Pittsburg line always get the short end of the deal, including that *** E_train they are wasting money on. No other station has that ***.
