Credit
I bought 3 vehicle's from Reed at BAY AREA AUTO and had good luck with all of them. The only problem I had with them is they dont report to the credit bureau. That might be good for people with no credit or bad credit but if have good credi you would like it reported so your good credit stays intact.
Bay Area Auto Gallery - Car Title Review from Houston, Texas
Paid cash in full for car and tax title and plates...well never got plates and title was still in trade in peoples name so had to pay a title company $500. More to get title and plates right...not good place to do business with unless u like throwing away money.

Responding to Ivan Ogburn about the purchase of his van and inabilty to pay
Ivan Ogburn bid on a 72 Dodge Van on eBay, failed to review the payment details and would not complete the transaction through eBay. Ivan Ogburn threatened to ruin our online reputation due to his bullying.
eBay responded and sided with Bay Area Auto Gallery which evicted Ivan Ogburn from accessing his account for two months. Tough Guy on the computer and drinks a lot of Hater Aid.... Giving a good deal is what Bay Area Auto Gallery is about with an open line of communication. We have lots of happy customers driving Cars, Trucks and Vans....
Even some heavy equipment, motorcycles, trailers etc. We Sell It All...
And Ivan Ogburn will always have issues/idiosyncrasies.... Can't buy Happy!!!

Verified Reviewer | Houston, TexasDishonest Dealership in Baytown TX
I won an eBay auction for a 1972 Dodge Van from a local car dealership. The auction price was $610, When the dealership calculated the required TT&L it came to $340!
Over half of the sales price when I demanded an itemized bill for the charges he provided this: This is in the description.......... Sales Tax---- $38.13 plus $125 Title work, $73 Ebay Fee, $1.55 Inv. Tax. Registration and Transfer $102.30....
Total 949.98.... " and proceed to send me numerous threatening emails. I refused to pay these fees and he threatened more..
then cancelled the auction reporting me to eBay. I lost the van and had my record tarnished.

Bob French was supposed to register the vehicle in Montana. He was given the title and no taxes were ever collected because it was an out of state purchase.
Bob decided to stay in Texas and did not want to pay the sales tax. Title was mailed to the address in Montana.
