I have not had any response from the company regarding my problem. Unfortunately, I had opened the box too late to return them through Amazon where I made the purchase.

I have purchased lights from several manufacturers over the past 18 months. Baxia lights have performed flawlessly over summer heat and winter cold.
Eventually the batteries will have to be changed, Luckily, buyers can purchase new rechargeable batteries and enjoy hassle free lights that charge from the sun and perform well. The lights are bright for the size.
