Bax contacted me today . They sent me the identical stock reply that they first sent in July, informing me that since I had "paid with a credit card", there was nothing they could do...AS I INFORMED THEM IN JULY, I PAID WITH A DEBIT CARD.

Well, when I told them that in July they replied immediately, offering me a refund or a guitar. I chose the guitar, and they then promised to contact me on Sept 1. Which, as I have said, they failed to do.This time, no reply has been forthcoming. EXCEPT THAT THEIR OTHER HAND HAS SENT ME A SELECTION OF GUITARS WHICH MIGHT INTEREST ME.

Naturally, Sire Hv7 is among them. JUST LIKE THE ONE I PAID FOR IN DEC 2024.

They are taking ye proverbial and I am sick of it. I'm not giving up on this

Bax have failed to supply a guitar which I purchased in December 2024. Fully paid for!

While I appreciate that they have endured serious turbulence, they did promise to contact me on Sept 1, 2025, but failed to do so. Since then, they have ignored all my emails. To this point, I have been polite and respectful, unlike them. The really galling thing is that another arm of Bax keeps sending me adverts of special offers, and there among them is the Sire Hv7 I ordered.

So, they are inviting me to buy the very thing I have already paid for, but that they seem unable to supply. It hurts. As a 71-year-old OAP, I have to say that if this guitar does arrive, there's a chance that I will have already left!

Just saying. Caveat emptor.

Disappointing to say the least. They really make things difficult, in my experience. In fact, when I see a 5 star Trustpilot review for them, a part of my kind old tusting soul screams...this may not be real....

my issue results from their going bankrupt...they promised either a refund or delivery of the guitar, which they failed to do ...after 25 emails they replied, as I write the matter is unresolved.I would suggest that you don't give up. Bax are up and running but with new legal status. They can probably walk away

I have not received the guitar which I paid for last year, on Dec 2. While I appreciate that there have been issues, I have been very patient and respectful to this point...

Bax promised to contact me on Sept 1, 2025; they did not. Since then, they have ignored 7 emails, and frankly, I am livid. As a 71-year-old, I'm already in extra time... I would prefer this guitar to arrive before I leave!

Bax ostensibly offers a good service, but my experience—9 months and counting—and still no guitar woefully contradicts that. I hope not too many people have had as bad an experience as this, and at the very least, a kind response to my emails would ameliorate the situation to a point.

They seem to be churlish and unreliable. Sad...

Smoke machine broken

The smoke machine I bought is just continually running when it is cold. It just squirts all the juice out on the floor and doesnt shut off.
