Cannot get a response on chat line
I want to speak to someone re pair of trousers purchased that have shrunk. Most companies allow account details these dont you dont get a response on chat and if you try and ring you have to read pages of agreements before you can call or leave a message . Its seems to be aimed at its better to give up
