The matter is closed. Bauhaus2YourHouse refuses to take any responsibility and insists on statements that two local professional companies simply call "Lies". Interestingly they blame it mostly on their supplier in Italy, a country that is not known to follow laws all the time...
They let you fall into a $5,000 trap with their eyes wide open by not selling as advertised. Walk, better run away from them.
