Warranty

I followed the directions from the agent as to how to proceed with my claim based on the fact he told me warranty was extended to jan/25th for the Christmas period. My answer was that Warranty did not apply, very dissappointed, although it was before the jan 25th extension.

Stick warranty

I sent out a email for a stick warranty and havent heard anything. The warranty is up December 28th. I sent the email December 19th and have not heard nothing back. When its not covered under warranty you respond the same day no problem.

Skate warranty being ignored

My kids skate holder broke 2 months after purchasing. He has missed 2 weeks of ice time now. Bauer refuses to contact me, or the retail store I bought it from. Voicemail and emails are ignored. They dont seem to employ any real humans. Everything is just submit online or leave a voicemail

User's recommendation: Be aware Bauer does not honor warranty claims in any type of timely manner (if at all).

Ripped of 15 year old boy on a brand new Mach goalie stick! Do not buy!! Faulty stick
