Poor Customer Service

Purchased a Bauer RV lock on Dec 24 from Camping World of Jacksonville. The lock quit working.
I contacted Bauer on Wednesday; they responded that the lock is outside the factory warranty, even though the lock was purchased from Camping World in Dec 24.
I took a picture of the lock, and it was manufactured in 23, so yes, it was outside their 1-year warranty, but I guess the warranty starts when the dealer purchases it from Bauer. Thanks to Camping World, they took care of the issue.
