Poor performance
I purchased a lock for my rv. The key is very difficult to insert.
I called and paid to ship it back. They adjusted it and sent it back to me. The key is still difficult to insert. I called back.
Rachel says I must not be holding the key right when I insert it and they will not make it right. Poor service and junk products.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
