After customizing and approving my order, I received no updates regarding shipment. Concerned, I called and learned that the order had not been approvedeven though I had clearly approved it.

This caused a delay, and the order was now a week behind schedule. To expedite the process, I paid approximately $64 for overnight shipping with Saucia. However, the next day, I received an email stating the delivery would take five days instead.

Frustrated, I called again and spoke with Tedrick, whose behavior was condescending, unprofessional, and dismissive. He insisted that I had not paid for expedited shipping, interrupted me multiple times, and outright refused to transfer me to a manager.

Instead, he doubled down, implying that Saucia could not possibly be at fault and that I was mistaken.

This experience has lost your company a loyal 10-year customer.

Baudville needs to prioritize hiring and training staff who are competent, professional, and courteous, especially in customer-facing roles. Poor customer service undermines trust and drives away long-time patrons.
