Terrible customer service / Dishonest shipping around comms
Buyer beware. Really disappointed with them.
I ordered a gift last week and paid for expedited shipping so it would arrive in time for my friends 40th birthday only to learn it wont even ship until next month. Why offer expedited shipping if the item isnt available to ship? The customer service experience made it worse Tiffany showed no empathy and kept placing blame instead of acknowledging that the process was unclear. Such a letdown for what shouldve been a special gift.
With a quick search, surprise this is the major complaint about them.
They don't overtly tell you it won't arrive in time and then when you ask them where your order is, they tell you you didn't read the fine print and u can't cancel bc the orders are final. Bad business -- just imagine what the owners are like if they allow the customer service team to treat paying customers like this!!!

Every time I start the process of returning the necklace, the site says the item is no longer eligible for return as of Feb 6. However, the item is already losing its crystals in the A Initial necklace.
Invoice #233**** was received on Jan 10th (it arrived late) and nowhere can I state that the item is already losing its stones. This facility should have a better way to explain reasons for returns.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Ordered two bracelets, both clasps are broken. I sent several emails and no one has responded back to me. I tried to print a return label online and when I was uploading my photos, I received an error message.

I placed an order with this company back in May for a gift for my niece. I ordered two bracelets.
One person has yet to be shipped. I have reached out because theres no phone number so I had sent three emails to find out where my order is and nobody has had the courtesy to respond. Its not a lot of money. However, its my money and it was for a gift for my niece and they sent me a response that it would be going out by July 19th I followed up again on 23 July and was told that they would look into it and nothing.
I followed up two more times to dead air. How do you respond to an inquiry about an item that was paid for,? In a time where social media is a major part of our business to have absolutely dead air is repulsive. We own a small business ourselves, so I understand the importance of customer service, and this is inexcusable.
I also understand when things are tax and shortages are prime, but just let a customer know what the status and the deal is. Cancel the order if you need to, but let me know so I can make up the gift to my niece.

Well I placed an order as part of graduation gift for my niece. One of the two bracelets arrived.
I was contacted that the 2nd bracelet would be delayed and will ship by July 19 and I will receive tracking and shipping information. Well it never came and on July 23 I reached out. I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. I still have not received any response.
I have left two other messages now there is no phone number to contact the company and they have the bracelet. My niece does not, and I cant get any answers. I cant find out if I can get a refund I cant find out anything.
So my suggestion is to wait until this company gets their act together and can handle the volume. I would not order from them again.

BAD BUSINESS
Placed three orders, over 3 weeks ago, and have yet to receive the first one. Why?
Because the post office disposed of it. I had to track it to find that out. Monogrammed item, still not received three weeks and waiting. Third order from the disposed items, and still waiting.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BAUBE BAR.
They offered no discount, no shipping options, and no apologies. This is a JOKE company

I ordered three pieces of jewelry and returned one I have yet to receive confirmation of the return, nor have I received a credit for the item I returned. I tried to reach customer service, found it to be an impossible maze. I tried the chat which was of no help and supposedly referred me to a live person who I was never able to reach
