Wish I had checked this site before sending my laptop battery to them... it's been a month and I have not received my battery back.

I've tried calling and e-mailing several times with no response... except an auto response on the e-mail telling me to call them. These guys appear to be thieves, according to what I have read on this site and my current level of experience (or lack of response) with this company.

I guess I will begin the dreaded process of BBB, atty general, etc. to try to get my poor, dead battery back.

These guys are slippery. I sent 2 laptop batteries back.

I got lots of excuses and even a call my re-fills were being sent, but, then it went silent when i asked for shipping numbers, etc. After 3 months of back and forth, it took a certified letter, BBB complaint, PayPal merchant complaint, and the preparation of going to the Atty General for CA for their action. Problem is, they keep your batteries, which are worth more than the service refund you might get when complaining, and ....you will never reach them by phone, on any of the 4 lines they offer. I consider myself lucky to get a refund and batteries (one which was damaged) after a lot of effort and time, and, by the way, no laptop use by battery for 3 months.

I should have looked deeper for more places like this...

their web page looks good, but the hassle of getting anything back was not worth it. I will not use or recommend

Order and payed for in Aug 2008 .NO battery No money back not a word from them. Left E-Mails phone calls not a thing from them .If you wont to throw your money away send it to me.

May invoice number is #60559 dated 08/08/2008 22:36:31. I used a Debit card from Timberland Bank Battery Refill.com took the money out on 8/11/2008.

I tried to purchase a new battery for my laptop $100+ from BatteryRefill.com (one of several names they use).

After contacting them why I haven't received my battery they explained they were "out of cells" and waiting for more from "overseas". They gave me the option of waiting or canceling and refunding my money.

I said I don't wait for anything from "overseas" and to refund my credit card. Now, they keep dragging their feet (weeks) with various excuses why I have not received a refund.

I'm ready to take action against them and stumbled upon this website.

i too have been fool by these rip off specialist i have sent these people my battery from my laptop almost two months ago with no answers and no refill battery they stole my money and stole my battery ther is nobody to talk to and the number is bull... too these people need to be arrested and caned.battery refill.com is the name of the site and co.and trying to reach them seems nearly impossible to do.everytime i send a e-mail i get the same responce back to call a number where no one is at.
