PISSED OFF CONSUMER
- - Paid $55 for Jet 3 Ultra Power Wheel Chair batteries from Battery Sharks.
- - Batteries shipped to an old address; $20 restocking fee; $33 refund.
I HAD THE BATTERIES REMOVED FROM MY JET 3 ULTRA POWER WHEEL CHAIR . I ordered from Battery Sharks I told them the model and all of the chair they told me they had the right size. I paid $55 for them and I shipped them to address on my box but I found out it was sent to a house a old address they had they paid for return sticker for those people to send back to them and took $20 of my money to restock them back on shelf and they're sending me $33 that's rip off and when you on very low budget and had to scrape to get them

- - By Mar 8 no battery; backordered to month end.
- - No offer to refund the difference; service was poor.
I ordered a replacement battery for my UPS on 1 Mar 2012 - 10:30am. Got an email within minutes with a tracking number saying the battery had been shipped. I was delighted expecting to get it within a few days.
Today, on 8 Mar 2012, still no battery! So, I call and I'm told the battery is on backorder and they won't have it until the end of the month!
I'm told they have another one which will fit but it's lower rated. Cheaper battery and they can send it out right away.
No offer to refund the difference. No apology for the delay.
Pretty horrible service in my opinion. I won't be using BatterySharks.com for anything in the future.

I purchased batteries for my electric scooter. Ordered on Wednesday got them on Friday, fast shipment and great value for money.
Thanks for the comment. I was considering buying from them, but will avoid.
