Sent wrong item and proceded to tell me they are all the same.
Ordered a wall sconce from battery operated candles.net, have my invoice of a wall sconce with a glass sconce. they sent me one that looks like a candle.
Called company, was told they were all the same price (but I ordered one specifically to go with my decor). Further emailed them and they told me I got what I ordered. I just sent them photos of the item they sent and the invoice with picture of what I ordered...not the same.
Customer service is definately going out the window....don't buy from Battery Operated Candles. Sally L
