i don't know how i signed up for your service. it was not intentional. i never had a problem with battery mart. i got to your site from the battery site directing me to confirm my email. don't know why but i want your service to end. i thought i completed the order when i confirmed my email address with you. actually i never placed the order thanks to you. battery mart responded you not me. me,hatever you sent to them.

User's recommendation: beware of sites like yours when their is no problem.

Poor to no Customer Service and Will NOT stand by warranty To whom it may concern You are incorrect, and flat out wrong. This battery has never once been put on a charge unit of any type outside of the internals of the motorcycle it was installed in. It was, day one received and installed in the Motorcycle. Upon noticing a strange odor within the garage that the motorcycle was parked in, I investigated and found the source to being this battery while installed and resting in the motorcycle. I do agree with only one slight mention in your unsatisfactory response "was highly sulfated", but NOT your presumption "when you attempted to charge the battery. But factually prior to initial installation in the motorcycle at the origin factory. I am familiar with the cause you are assuming, but that simply was not the case here. Thankfully for yourselves, I was able to discover this fairly soon, and curtailed any damages in or on the motorcycle it was resting in.

(Warning!!! Do Not Buy Cycle Battery from: Battery-Mart.com) New $90.00 Motorcycle Battery purchased in January 2012 failed under normal use and warranty in less than 5 months. Paid $15.00 shipping return to merchant. Merchant tested for 10 days. Returned battery said it tested fine and found no problems. Re-installed battery, rode for 15 min. and battery would not start or hold re-charge. Had the cycle and battery tested twice by to different pros. Both found battery faulty. Bought new battery, riding fine for weeks now. Battery mart rep. stated the problem may be with my motorcycle: charging sys., corrosion, starter or the persons who checked it not trained to charge and test batteries, the weather etc, etc. Batterymart did not honor Warranty.
