Horrible customer service

I want to state that I went up to the business weekly for almost three months after the damage was done to my door. I was basically given excuses by the business on why this action didn't take place.

He would always say I need to get the part or I will get the part. He was always busy with other people's cars and he did not bother to finish the job. He was originally hired to fix the driver's side window. He did not complete the job and admitted to me on more than one occasion that he did in fact break the drivers door.

He refused to fix any issue at the time, he also did a poor job on the brakes by not greasing the slider pins on the brakes in order for them to freeze up in which you would have to pay for rotors, brakes and calipers. I tried over and over to talk to him only to be brushed off by the owner of the garage. I wished he would refund my credit card the $200.00 for the door that he admitted that he broke and for the poor brake job that was performed in February, of this year. I needed to have the brakes replaced about four months after he installed them.

This costs me more than $100.00 he charged me to replace the brakes. This merchant only offers a receipt and does not give you a work order, which would explain what is done to your vehicle. I am thinking that consumer law would be violated, if he would have given me a work order receipt that explained what he had done then I would have known what work was performed while being at his shop. I feel that by not providing a work order he could and does whatever he wants to your vehicle.

I am enclosing pictures proof of the damage done by this shop. I hope he does the right thing and refunds me in total for the work that was done on my 2016 chevy equinox. Here is the damage that was done to my vehicle and he broke the centerpiece of the door to my car which he promised to fix and never did at this point. Also, I mean after visiting the shop about a dozen times why would I expect anything different.

I feel that he should do the honorable thing and reimburse the money that was made for this repair and let me go about my day and time searching for a new mechanic. I mean what type of business are you, that you damage the customer's vehicle and not fix it given your money back or given a service invoice? This is not how a business should operate and treat what he termed as long-standing customers? I wonder what type of work is performed on other vehicles with or without their knowledge?

An invoice would be very helpful in this case as how do you have a warranty if anything goes wrong? Do you get a warranty? These are all questions I have when it comes to this merchant? I did turn this business into the bbb and he acted like I had never even mentioned these issues to him.

I am insulted and I believe that noone should go to this shop. I also think he has a preferred client lists that he considers his friends and family of battery land.
