Battery Junction - Energizer Battery Review from Tomball, Texas

: ENERGIZER-CR123A : Energizer CR123A 1500mAh 3V Lithium (LiMNO2) Battery  I purchased 2 CR123A batteries that didn't last a week in different smoke detectors. They arrived loose with other batteries I ordered and were not packaged. Apparently they were used batteries, new batteries should last years for smoke detectors. I left a negative feedback on their reviews but I think their reviews only show high rating reviews on their website. I would never buy from them again. DON'T waste your money on used batteries.

Sold me defective batteries

"I bought batteries from Battery Junction that were advertised as 10 year batteries. After 3 years I found them to be completely dead while still in the package. After several emails back and forth they referred me to the manufacture instead of just simply replacing the batteries. These batteries are the 10 year Ultralife 9 volt batteries." Instead of being a stand up company they had emailed me back and forth several times and after all of that referred me to the manufacture. I have repeated this because for some reason my complaint had to be 100 words. I really do not see any reason for this 100 word requirement but I think I made it.

With all due respect the statute of limitations expires after 3 years so you have no legal rights here to expect anything.

Most complaints revolve around the immediate performance.

Also, what conditions were they stored in? Were they near a window or near any other electrical devices?

Battery Junction . com sucks

Placed order with via Battery Junction.com . After 14 days item still not shipped and as of now am out the money. Customer service was not able to fix the problem. the company wanted me to send them payment again. there comments: The issue with your order was a problem with importing it from the web order system to our order management/inventory system. Without getting into the nitty gritty details (that would take a few pages), we ended up needing to re-import it under a different order number, and paypal did not recognize that number when we tried to collect funds from the original order. At this point, while you authorized a payment to us via paypal, we have no way to actually collect the funds. this company is inept and truly suck.
