I need to change the dates on my Lift 109 Champagne Ascent tickets from the 15th of February to the 13th of February, but I am not getting any reply from the emails I've sent. I have also left messages on the answering machine.

Hi Peter, Lift109 is run by a third party company and their contact email is info@***.co.uk, they currently do not have a contact number. You can also submit a form for call back on https://***/hc/en-gb/requests/new Hope this helps

I bought two tickets online for lift 109 champagne Ascent and I need to change the dates which I have emailed them and called them 4 times and still haven’t received a reply. It getting nearer the time and need to get the tickets changed asap!
