For me, it's a little tough when it goes over the pubic region. Instead of getting a refund, I would like to return my pump and get credit for the one with the actual handheld pump. I think it's like $260 on your website.

Your advertising is misleading!! I received a different product from what i thought I ordered. Now I been going back and forth with your customer service person with no resolution!
Wrong product delivered! Now I have to jump through hoops to return it! Your company is making it so difficult to return your hoping that I just throw my hands up and give up!

- - The valve broke in the first month and was said to be fixed.
- - It has been almost two months and I can't use it under warranty.
Valve broke on the machine within the first month told them about it and that it was fixed they responded with how to use it I told him I can't use it anymore it's broke and need something under warranty and going on two months now nothing
